2023 continued to bring immeasurable impact to our community.
HOSPITAL PARTNERSHIPS
We welcomed guest speakers from every major hospital system in our area to provide education to empower our members in making confident treatment decisions unique to their diagnosis.
EXPANDING OUR REACH
We offer more than 40 programs a week across all 3 of our physical locations as well as virtually. This includes new offsite programming facilitated directly in the surrounding communities. One example, is a program facilitated in partnership with Camp Casey, The Compassion Project offers education about a cancer diagnosis and guidance for supporting and ‘being a good friend’ to someone with cancer. School Programs like these supported 275 students this year.
HEALTH EQUITY
We are committed to health equity and increasing opportunities for those impacted by a cancer diagnosis. We continue to participate in various advocacy and awareness projects nationwide.
